GCSE Triple Science tuition that goes deeper
Online GCSE Separate Sciences (Triple Award) in small groups of up to five, taught by qualified UK specialist teachers in biology, chemistry and physics. We cover the major UK exam boards, though specific group availability varies depending on demand and tutor scheduling.

Exactly what’s covered
Separate Sciences (Triple Award) is three full GCSEs — one each in Biology, Chemistry and Physics — covering more content and more depth than Combined Science.
Major UK exam boards
We cover AQA, Edexcel and OCR Gateway A. Specific group availability depends on tutor scheduling and demand — tell us your child’s exam board on enquiry and we’ll let you know what’s running.
Three full GCSEs, more depth
Triple students study extra topics in each science and explore familiar topics more deeply. Our sessions are pitched accordingly — never confused with Combined Science groups.
Year 10 and Year 11
Whether your child needs early-stage support in Year 10 or focused exam preparation in Year 11, there’s a group that fits. Groups are organised by year and ability.
Three separate sciences, every topic on the spec
How GCSE Triple Science sessions actually work
One hour, once a week, with the same tutor and the same small group. Here’s what we do with that time.
Diagnose the gaps
Your tutor finds out where the holes are across the full Triple specification — the topics still missing, the misconceptions getting in the way.
Teach to the spec
Targeted explanations, worked examples, and practice — pitched at Triple-Award depth and aligned to your child’s exam board.
Drill the exam
Past papers, mark schemes, and exam technique. Required practicals, six-mark questions, and the harder Triple-only topics get dedicated time.
Practise together
Live working through problems as a group, with the tutor on hand. Mistakes get caught early, ideas get shared, and confidence builds session by session.
Why small groups change everything for Triple Science
Triple Science students take on more content, more depth, and more exam papers than their Combined Science peers. The pace is genuinely demanding — and in a class of thirty, even able students can quietly fall behind on the harder topics.
In a Bright Path group of five, the tougher questions get the time they need. Misconceptions get unpicked properly. Difficult topics get re-taught until they click. And the gap between “I think I get it” and “I can score full marks under exam conditions” gets closed.

Subject specialists, not generalists
Our science team includes biology, chemistry and physics specialists — each a qualified UK-trained teacher with classroom experience. For Triple Science where depth matters most, your child is taught by someone who actually specialises in the discipline they’re studying — not a single tutor stretched across all three.
What families are saying
The science tutor has helped me a lot in my understanding. Not only am I able to go into more depth about topics, but I am also able to learn new information that I hadn’t learnt in school. This has helped my confidence when going to do my work or any test that I have had. I would really recommend.
My science tutor has really improved my confidence in chemistry and allows me to identify where my struggles are in certain areas of a topic. He has shown me really useful methods on how to answer tricky exam questions and makes me feel very comfortable with asking for help. I feel like I get so much done in just one lesson.
Ollie is an exceptional science tutor. He has an in-depth understanding of the curriculum and a great ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way. He is patient and supportive, and we have seen a significant improvement in my daughter’s confidence — clearly reflected in her science test scores.
Tutoring for biology with Alessandra and chemistry with Rakesh — both great and really helpful!

Common questions about GCSE Triple Science tuition
Which exam boards do you teach for GCSE Separate Sciences?
We cover the major UK exam boards for GCSE Separate Sciences (Triple Award) — AQA, Edexcel and OCR Gateway A. Specific group availability depends on tutor scheduling and demand at the time you enquire, so let us know your child’s exam board and we’ll tell you what’s running.
What’s the difference between Triple Science and Combined Science?
Separate Sciences (Triple Award) is three GCSEs — one each in Biology, Chemistry and Physics — covering more content in greater depth than Combined Science. Combined Science is two GCSEs covering all three sciences together with slightly less content per subject. Most schools tell parents which one their child is sitting; if you’re not sure, ask your child’s school or get in touch and we’ll help you work it out.
Do you teach all three sciences with the same tutor?
For Triple Science, we match students to subject specialists — a biology specialist for biology, a chemistry specialist for chemistry, a physics specialist for physics. The depth required at Triple level rewards specialist teaching rather than a generalist covering all three.
How much does GCSE Triple Science tuition cost?
Our GCSE group sessions are £30 per student per 60-minute session, in groups of up to 5. Sessions are paid for half-termly in advance, so you know exactly what you’re committing to.
What if my child can’t make a session?
All sessions are recorded as standard. Recordings can be shared on request, so if your child misses a session they can catch up on what was covered. Our full attendance and refunds policy explains how we handle longer absences.
What platform do you use?
Sessions run through Google Classroom, which hosts the live video call and the shared materials and resources for each group. There’s nothing to install — your child just needs a Google account and the link we’ll send before each session.
